I acknowledge that my participation in Ace Spade Rally is potentially a dangerous event and that there are possible risks associated with participation. There are probable risks but not limited to traffic accidents, collisions with other vehicles, moving or stationary objects, pedestrian and the negligence of other drivers. I fully understand the risks associated with this event and that the event may result in serious bodily harm and/or death to myself or others. I also understand the event requires participants to drive for long periods of time and participate in other physically exerting events that may cause fatigue and may or may not cause any bodily harm.

I waive, discharge, release, myself, my executors, legal representatives, administrators, heirs any of all rights which I have or may have against Ace Spade Rally Inc., its employees, organizers, officers, directors and sponsors for any and all damaged, injuries, death and claims which may be sustained by myself or my vehicle directly or indirectly arising from my participation in the rally. I waive the right to sue and will not sue Ace Spade Rally Inc., its employees, organizers, officers, directors and sponsors for any and all damages, injuries or death sustained by me directly or indirectly by participating in this rally. This release and discharges includes but is NOT limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, economic loss, breach of contract, lost wages, punitive damages, contribution indemnity, death or other legally recognizable claim arising out of my participation in the event, including all legal costs associated with such claims.

I understand that Ace Spade Rally ONLY ALLOWS approved Official Ace Spade Rally Sponsor decals on all Rally cars during the Rally. I agree that no advertising/business names and/or decals other than those approved and provided by Ace Spade Rally, will be on my car from the start of the Rally until the completion of the entire Rally. I agree that all Official Ace Spade Rally Sponsor decals will remain on my rally car for the entire duration of the Rally.

I understand that all Rally participants and their passengers will be required to sign a Release Waiver upon completion of registration and payment, and prior to the start of the Ace Spade Rally. Please contact us at info@acespaderally.com for any queries.
