GENERAL INFORMATION:

Speed Limit:
50kph (32mph) over the speed limit in Ontario is stunt driving.
Any tickets in New York State will carry over into Ontario.

CEL(Check Engine Light):
We have a car computer scanner that is able to read CEL (check Engine light) errors and reset the CEL errors. WhatsApp or call Saturn during the rally if you need CEL cleared..It does not read or clear car ECUs (electronic control unit) faults.

Roadside:
Please make sure you have roadside assistance for your car or purchase CAA.

Google Maps: (Main rally maps)
Google maps will load with multiple stops. At start location click on START and turn by turn instructions will be provided. Once you reach each stop/waypoint, just click on CONTINUE (on Android). For iPhone the navigation will continue to next waypoint. You can zoom in and out of map to see the overview map. Always go to all stops/waypoints. If navigation leads you back to a waypoint that you already passed, you can ‘Remove next waypoint’ in the menus to continue to the next waypoint. Make sure you have downloaded Offline Maps before start of the rally.

Restaurant Reservations:
May and I have booked some reservations with deposits. Please let us know if you are not able to make the group dinners. Thank you.

Stops/Breaks/Washroom/Lunch:
We usually stop every 2-2.5hrs for gas/washroom break or lunch. Top up gas on ALL designated gas stops always, even if you still have a tonne of gas.

Schedule/Itinerary:
Each day will have an Itinerary and suggested timings of activities.

Hotels:
When checking in please provide your credit card for room incidentals. Ace Spade Rally covers hotel rate, taxes, resort or admin fee, parking fee, security.

Parking for Hôtel Escad is across the street from the hotel. Go down the ramp. Turn left and then another left then right. Park in the Red (or yellow) area where there is room for all the cars to be together. The red (or yellow) areas should be adjacent to the light blue Pottery Barn doors. To return to the hotel enter the light blue Pottery Barn doors and walk to the end of the hallway to the Hotel Escad Elevators.
