By completing this application you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions contained below and in the 2021 3-Day Kawartha-Laurentide Rally (the "Event") Participants Agreement. All fee payments are final and non-refundable.

After completing this registration, all participants (driver, co-pilot/passenger) MUST complete and sign the 2021 3-Day Kawartha-Laurentide Rally Participants Agreement immediately after you have registered and paid online. Your spot is NOT guaranteed until the Participants Agreement is fully completed and signed. Link will be provided in registration email.

I acknowledge that my participation is potentially a dangerous event and that there are possible risks associated with participation. There are probable risks but not limited to traffic accidents, collisions with other vehicles, moving or stationary objects, pedestrian and the negligence of other drivers. I fully understand the risks associated with this Event and that the Event may result in serious bodily harm and/or death to myself or others. I also understand the Event requires participants to drive for long periods of time and participate in other physically exerting events that may cause fatigue and may or may not cause any bodily harm.

I waive, discharge, release, myself, my executors, legal representatives, administrators, heirs any of all rights which I have or may have against Ace Spade Rally Inc., its employees, organizers, officers, directors and sponsors for any and all damaged, injuries, death and claims which may be sustained by myself or my vehicle directly or indirectly arising from my participation in the Event. I waive the right to sue and will not sue Ace Spade Rally Inc., its employees, organizers, officers, directors and sponsors for any and all damages, injuries or death sustained by me directly or indirectly by participating in this Event. This releases and discharges includes but is NOT limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, economic loss, breach of contract, lost wages, punitive damages, contribution indemnity, death or other legally recognizable claim arising out of my participation in the Event, including all legal costs associated with such claims.
