All the meats are prepared in the safest and highest industry standard and cut to weight. Each steak is individually vacuum packed.SELECTED PREMIUM CUTS
We select the best of the highest quality meats, from Ribeye USDA, Ribeye Wagyu, New York A5, Japanese Kobe, Tomahawk, Bone Marrow, Ground Beef, Burgers made with Ribeye and Kobe Beef, Chicken, Lamb Rack, and many more selections. See our menu below for list of meats available.
PREFFERED PRICES
We offer extremely competitive pricing across Ontario. We order in bulk, in 10’s of thousands per week, thus enabling us to get preferred pricing from our long time suppliers.METHOD OF PAYMENT
Due to the preferred pricing we are currently offering, we only accept payment via EMT (once order is confirmed & prior to pick up) or cash at this time.We have been around for the last ten years as an exclusive Club with members who are primarily professionals and business owners.
HANDLING PRACTICES
All meat orders are prepared and handled with special care and in compliance with the highest industry standard.

CUTS OF MEAT
All our steaks come vacuum packed and wet aged for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days for an intense beef flavor.
Please allow 30 seconds for the steak to breathe after taking out of vacuum pack.
We offer a wide range of meats and cuts. Here is a sampling of the type of meats available.
